摘要
通过分析城中村改造项目的特点,探讨了开发商在项目各阶段的风险控制措施,并从土地整合、政策导向、拆迁补偿、融资渠道等方面提出了相应的合理化建议,以保证城中村改造项目的顺利实施。
Through the analysis on the characteristics of urban village reconstruction project, this paper discussed the risk control measures of de- velopers in various stages of project, and put forward some reasonable suggestions from land consolidation, policy guidance, relocation compensa- tion, financing channels and other aspects, so as to ensure the smooth implementation of urban village reconstruction project.
