摘要
就目前建筑工程质量管理存在的主要问题进行了分析,阐述了其特点及产生的原因,并从建设单位角度,围绕建筑工程设计、施工及使用等三个重要阶段进行了探讨,有针对性地提出了提高建筑工程质量管理水平的可行性建议,以促进建筑工程质量管理科学化和制度化。
