结合我国当前消防监督执法的现状,详细分析了影响消防监督执法的因素,并提出了实行消防体制改革、提高消防监督人员业务素质、坚持全民消防等措施,以加强消防监督执法规范化建设。

Combining with the current situation of fire supervision and law enforcement in China, this paper analyzed in detail the factors influ- ence of fire supervision and law enforcement, and put forward implement of fire fighting system reform, improvement of the service quality of fire supervision personnel, adhere to mass fire and other measures, to strengthen the fire supervision and law enforcement protection construction.
