英国自由学校的治理机制及其启示被引量：1

摘要英国政府推行自由学校政策,采取加大对新学校办学经费的投入、鼓励民众创办高质量的学校、赋予新学校更多的办学自主权等措施,以推动学校间的合作与竞争来提升学校教育质量。英国自由学校的治理机制重视学校的办学自主权、市场机制的作用和管理机构的专业化,体现了"管、办、评"分离的原则,促进了公立学校的多样化发展。
