腹腔镜经内外括约肌间切除术治疗直肠癌术后疗效研究 被引量：2

摘要 目前腹腔镜经内外括约肌间切除术(ISR)已应用于治疗直肠癌的临床实践之中并得到认可,关于腹腔镜ISR治疗直肠癌的术后疗效也已成为结直肠外科医师所热衷讨论的话题。在本文中作者通过对腹腔镜ISR的手术特点、术后康复指标、术后并发症和术后远期疗效等方面与开腹手术治疗直肠癌的疗效进行对比研究,就近期国内外对腹腔镜ISR治疗直肠癌术后疗效的多项研究做一综述。
