空气污染对变应性鼻炎的影响 被引量:14

摘要 变应性鼻炎(AR)是由IgE介导的鼻黏膜Ⅰ型变态反应,目前已成为全球性健康问题。虽然AR不足以引起患者死亡,但其发病率高,并影响患者生活质量。据儿童哮喘和过敏症国际研究报道,过敏性疾病的发病率呈逐年上升趋势[1],全球有超过5亿人患有AR[2]。 空气污染可诱发AR或加重AR症状。流行病学研究表明,长期暴露于交通运输和工业生产所致的空气污染,会导致免疫反应和炎性反应功能障碍,增加罹患AR和哮喘的风险[3]。虽然AR的流行病学与病因学研究资料日臻丰富,但其严重程度与病因的相关性尚未明确。多数研究认为,AR是基因与环境相互作用而诱发的多因素疾病,除变应原外,早期生活因素(如低龄产妇、多胎妊娠和低出生体重)、家族史、种族以及环境因素(如烟草烟雾、城市生活、生活方式、营养和空气污染)也与AR有关,而且变应原和污染物的致病作用可以相加,甚至相互增强[4]。本文综述空气污染物对AR发病的影响。
