患者相关结构指标在护理质量指标体系中的应用研究

Application research of patient-related structure indexes on nursing quality index system

目的探索建立患者相关结构指标并分析其在护理质量评价中的作用。方法运用立意取样法选取北京市护理专家进行专家论证，初步构建患者相关结构指标；方便取样法选取北京市某三级甲等医院外科9个病房，收集患者相关结构指标数据、护理质量检查数据以及护士配置数据，分析患者相关结构指标与护理质量的关系。结果专家论证确定总住院患者人天数、特级护理人天数、护士人均手术护理例次，护士人均口腔护理人次等9个结构指标条目；相关分析显示，9个患者相关指标与护理质量检查得分相关（P〈0．05）。结论患者相关结构指标影响着护理质量，建议在护理质量指标体系中增加患者相关结构指标，进一步建立科学合理、客观公平的护理质量评价体系，促进质量的提高和持续改进。

Objective To explore and establish patient-related structure indexes and then analyze its role in the nursing quality evaluation. Methods By purposive sampling method, we selected Beijing nursing experts to expound and prove for primary construction of related indexes, selected 9 surgery departments in a Beijing general hospital by convenient sampling method, collected patients＇ related index data, assessment data of nursing quality and configure data, and analyzed the relationship between patients＇ related construction indexes and nursing quality. Results The expounding and proving by experts determined the days of patients hospitalization, the days of special nursing, nursing case times of operation per nurse averagely, oral nursing per nurse averagely and so on 9 constructed indexes clauses. The correlation analysis presented that 9 patients＇ related index had relationship with the score of nursing quality （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Patient-related structure indexes can influence nursing quality. The study proposed that we can add the indexes to nursing quality index system in order to improve comparability and objectivity.
