青光眼黄斑结构和功能损伤的研究进展 被引量:2

Research advances of macular structural and functional damage in glaucoma

摘要 传统观点认为,青光眼早期以周边视功能损伤为主,而中心视功能到晚期才有损伤.近年来随着相干光断层扫描、微视野计等设备的不断发展,已经证实黄斑结构和功能在青光眼早期就受到影响,监测黄斑结构和功能的损伤有助于监测青光眼的进展.本文就黄斑的解剖结构以及青光眼患者黄斑结构和功能损伤研究方面的进展作一综述. Generally,peripheral visual function damage was the major sign of early glaucoma,while the central visual function damage happened until the late stage of glaucoma.In recent years,with the development of optical coherence tomography and microperimetry,it has been proven that macular structure and function were affected in early stage of glaucoma.Macular structural and functional changes helped monitoring the development of the disease.Research advances of macular structural and functional damage in glaucoma were reviewed in this article.
