精准医学引导下的肝脏外科 被引量：6

摘要 2015年美国国情咨文中提出了精准医学（precision medicine）的计划,该计划一经提出便引起了全球生物医学领域的广泛关注[1].一直以来,由于个体的复杂性和疗效的不确定性,临床医生对疾病的诊疗策略仍停留于客观检查评估与经验分析相结合的阶段.但是随着基因组测序技术的快速进步以及生物信息与大数据科学的交叉应用,精准医学自然而然站在了肿瘤治疗的风口浪尖.
