The CBD of Jinan:A New Landmark

从2008年历下区提出在奥体文博片区打造商务中心区,到后来上升为全市战略,举全市之力打造高标准济南中央商务区,不过是短短几年时间。

Short after the construction planning of CBD around the Olympic Center was mapped out by Lixia District in 2008,it has evolved all the way up to a municipal strategy that appealed for the collective force.A new city has been erected over the past few years,shining out brightly to radiate the area of 10 square kilometers from Yanshan Overpass to the midway of the Olympic Center.With the massive construction of buildings,abundance of exuberant vitality and unlimited potentials of development,breathtaking changes took place in the field which is a keen supporter of pioneering undertakings.Big projects of a huge floor space,such as MIXC of China Resources,Zhonghong Square and China Life,are constructed progressively.The main structure of Zhonghong Square with a height of 318 meters will become the new landmark of the city upon completion.The MIXC shopping mall which covers 360000 square meters will outshine its counterparts in the city.All that mentioned above is only the tip of the iceberg.The CBD has accommodated 450 key enterprises up to now,including 16 provincial-level regional headquarters,30 provincial headquarters,40 municipal-level regional headquarters and nearly100 municipal headquarters,which indicate a strong capacity of nourishing city dreams.
