摘要
运用ANSYS/Workbench对已有的2 000m3球罐进行有限元分析。结果表明:地震作用下球罐的变形量最大、受力情况最为复杂,设计时需重点考虑该工况下球罐的支柱及拉杆的应力分布情况;ANSYS/Workbench用于球罐分析计算时比ANSYS/APDL经典版的效率更高、操作性更强。
Finite element analysis on the existing 2 000 m3 spherical tank was carried out by using ANSYS/ Workbench. The results indicated that the maximum deformation and the most complicated stress condition of the spherical tank always occurred in case of earthquake. Therefore, it is of great significance to take the stress distribution of pillars and pull rods under the condition of earthquake into consideration in the design of spherical tank. Compared with the ANSYS/APDL, ANSYS/Workbench was characterized by higher efficiency and simpler operation in terms of analysis and calculation regarding spherical tank.
