THE FABRICATION METHOD OF MAIN TRUSS GIRDER OF NEW BAISHATUO YANGTZE RIVER BRIDGE IN CHONGQING

介绍渝黔铁路新白沙沱长江特大桥主桁上弦杆的结构特点,结合生产实际情况制定在制作过程中的生产工艺流程,同时分析关键环节控制要点。该方法的应用,提高了制作精度,减少了焊接变形,从而保证了上弦杆结构的质量。

This paper introduced the structure characteristics of upper chord of main truss for New Baishatuo Bridge in Chongqing--Guiyang railway. The production processing according to actual production situation was also presented. Meanwhile, the key procedure control points were analyzed for improving fabrication precision and minimizing weld deformation ,thus guaranting the quality of upper chord.
