摘要
本文借助统计分析软件SPSS,对宁夏某厂2014年牌号为ADC12-3的铝合金生产数据进行分析。从40余种原料中筛选出对铝灰产量影响大的几个因子,建立铝灰产量的数学模型。经验证,得出模型建立合理的结论,并提出了降低铝灰产量的方案,对提高废铝的回收率的具有一定的理论意义。
By using statistical analysis software SPSS, production data of ADC12 -3 aluminum alloy is analyzed in a factory in Ningxia. Several important factors which influences aluminum ash yield are found out in more than 40 kinds of raw materials. The mathematical model of aluminum ash yield is estab- lished. It concludes that the mathematical model is reasonable through test. Several measures to reduce the aluminum ash yield are proposed. The research is theoretically meaningful to raise the recycling rate of aluminum scrap.
