摘要
介绍了一种基于混合集成电路工艺设计的DC-DC变换器电路。该电路采用他驱式同步整流死区控制技术,通过ANSOFT PExprt及Maxwell软件优化变压器和版图设计,在9~36V输入电压范围内,实现了85%的转换效率,同时保证电路在全温度范围内稳定可靠地工作。
A DC-DC converter was designed based on the thick film hybrid process. With optimized dead time of synchronous rectifier(SR) controlled by external-drive technique, as well as optimizations of transformer and layout with finite element method(FEM) simulations, the efficiency was up to 85%, while input voltage of the circuit reached 9-36 V. Meanwhile, the circuit could work steadily at full operating temperature range.
