连续性血液净化治疗患者常见并发症分析及护理对策研究

Analysis in effect of continuous blood purification on treatment of patients' common complications and nursing countermeasures

目的探究连续性血液净化治疗患者常见并发症及护理对策。方法将82例接受连续性血液净化治疗的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组患者给予针对性护理干预,对照组患者则实施传统护理干预,分析2组患者并发症的发生状况及护理满意度。结果连续性血液净化治疗中常见的并发症有低血压、心律失常、感染、穿刺处出血、体温下降、留置管内形成血栓、抑郁以及睡眠障碍等;通过实施针对性的护理干预,实验组有7例(16.7%)患者发生并发症,显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);实验组患者对健康教育的总体掌握率为85.7%,各项指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者护理总体满意度为92.9%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予连续性血液净化治疗患者针对性的护理干预,能够显著降低并发症的发生,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore effect of continuous blood purification on treatment of pa- tients＇ common complications and nursing countermeasures. Methods A total of 82 patients with continuous blood purification were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given targeted nursing intervention, while the control group was given tra- ditional nursing interventions. Incidence conditions of complications and satisfactory degree toward nursing were analyzed in two groups. Results Hypotension, arrhythmia, infection, bleeding at the puncture, the temperature drops, blood clots, depression and sleep disorders such as the formation of the inner catheter tube were the common complications during continuous blood purification. Af- ter the implementation of nursing interventions, 7 patients had complications in the experimental group, the ratio was 16.7 %, which was significantly lower than the control group. Overall control rate of health education was 85.7 % in the observation group, which was significantly better than the control group in every index （P 〈 0.05）. Satisfactory degree toward nursing was 92.9 % in the experimental group, which was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of targeted nursing interventions for he patients with continuous blood purifica- tion can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and increase the satisfactory degree to- ward nursing.
