PDCA循环促进PICC维护同质化护理探讨

Exploration of homogeneity care in PICC maintenance by PDCA cycle

目的探讨PDCA循环在促进PICC维护同质化护理中的作用。方法通过PDCA循环查找PICC维护过程中与标准偏差的问题及原因,制定可行性计划、措施,如完善静脉治疗网络架构、制定与修订PICC维护质量标准与流程、护理专科小组定期督查、建立动态追踪机制,使PICC维护在全院趋于同质化管理。结果运用PDCA循环后,观察组PICC维护达标率较对照组显著提高,观察组维护过程中并发症发生率较对照组显著降低(P<0.01)。结论运用PDCA循环,查找真因和要因,螺旋式上升解决PICC维护过程中存在的问题,针对性采取改进措施,可促使PICC维护工作趋于同质化。

Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle in promoting PICC homo- geneity care. Methods PDCA cycle was used to find problems of deviation between PICC mainte- nance and standard, and feasible plans was carried out by improving the network architecture, revis- ing quality standard and process, regularly inspecting maintenance work, and establishing a dynamic tracking mechanism to make PICC maintenance realize homogeneous management. Results The compliance rate of PICC maintenance in the observation group was higher than the control group, the incidence rate of complications during maintenance in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The PDCA cycle could settle the problems in PICC maintenance work and promote its homogeneity.
