人文关怀护理对女性更年期综合征患者焦虑情绪及睡眠质量的影响

Influence of humane care nursing on anxiety and quality of sleep in female patients with menopause syndrome

目的探讨人文关怀护理对女性更年期综合征患者焦虑情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取102例更年期综合征患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各51例。对照组给予常规更年期综合征护理,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予人文关怀护理。结果 2组患者SAS、SDS评分与治疗前相比均有所降低,且观察组患者SAS、SDS评分优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者睡眠各项指标水平均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量各项评分均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对女性更年期患者实施人文关怀护理能够有效减轻患者焦虑情绪,提高患者睡眠质量及生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of humane care nursing on anxiety and the quality of sleep in female patients with menopause syndrome. Methods A total of 102 female pa- tients with menopausal syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, 51 cases in each group. Control group was treated with routine care for menopausal syndrome, while observation group was given humane care nursing based on conventional therapy. Results After treatment, the SAS and SDS scores decreased in both groups, while the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. After treatment, sleeping indexes in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Total effective rate in the observation group was 94.12%, which was significantly higher than 80.39 % in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of humane care nursing for female patients with menopausal syndrome can effectively alleviate anxiety caused by menopausal syndrome and improve sleep quality and quality of life.
