40例妇科恶性肿瘤腹腔镜手术患者的护理体会

Nursing experience of 40 laparoscopic surgery patients with gynecological malignant tumor

目的探究妇科恶性肿瘤腹腔镜手术患者的护理方法。方法选择妇科恶性肿瘤行腹腔镜手术患者40例随机分为观察组、对照组各20例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采取围术期综合护理。比较2组下床时间、自理时间、拔尿管时间、拔引流管时间、残余尿量、自排小便以及住院天数情况。结果观察组的下床时间、自理时间、拔尿管时间、拔引流管时间以及自排小便时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组在残余尿量、住院天数上比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对妇科恶性肿瘤行腹腔镜手术患者实施围术期综合护理,可有效提高患者自理能力,促进患者恢复,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the nursing methods ior the laparoscopm surgery patmnts with gynecological malignant tumor. Methods A total of 40 laparoscopic operation patients with gynecological malignant tumor in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing method and the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing in the perioperation. The bed time, self time, ex- tubation time, drainage time, residual urine volume, self urinating and hospitalization clays were compared. Results The ambulation time, self- care time, extubation time, drainage time and self urination time in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The residual urine volume, and hospitalization days in two groups had no significant difference （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in the perioperation in laparoscopie operation patients with gynecologic malignant tumor can dfec- tively improve the self - care ability of patients, promote the recovery and quality of life, so it is worthy of the clinical promotion.
