综合性康复护理对病毒性脑炎患儿临床疗效及护理满意度的影响

Effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction for children patients with viral encephalitis

目的探讨综合性康复护理在病毒性脑炎患儿治疗中的临床应用意义。方法选取本院进行治疗的病毒性脑炎患儿96例,随机分成研究组48例和对照组48例。对照组病毒性脑炎患儿采用一般常规护理干预,研究组病毒性脑炎患儿则在此基础上采用综合性康复护理干预措施,并比较2组病毒性脑炎患儿的临床治疗情况、临床指标改善情况、护理满意度改善情况。结果与对照组相比,研究组病毒性脑炎患儿临床治疗痊愈比率和总有效率均显著提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组病毒性脑炎患儿惊厥症状改善时间、意识障碍恢复时间、吞咽障碍恢复时间、肢体障碍恢复时间及颅脑神经障碍恢复时间均明显缩短,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组病毒性脑炎患儿对护理服务很满意率和总满意率均显著提升,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性康复护理能够及时改善病毒性脑炎患儿的临床症状和功能性障碍,提高临床疗效,促进护理满意度。

Objective To probe into clinical application value of comprehensive rehabilita- tion nursing on clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction for children patients with viral encephalitis. Methods A total of 96 patients with viral encephalitis were selected and were divided into study group （n--48） and control group （n--48）. The children patients with viral encephalitis in control group were treated with general routine nursing intervention. The children with viral encephalitis in study group were treated with integrated rehabilitation nursing interventions. The clinical treat- ment, improvement of clinical indicators, satisfaction with nursing of the children patients in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with control group, the ratio of cure and total efficiency of the children patients with viral encephalitis in study group were significantly in- creased （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with control group, the improvement time of convulsive symptoms, recovery time of consciousness, recovery time of dysphagia, recovery time of limb disorders, and re- covery time of brain nerve disorders in study group were significantly shortened （P 〈 0.05）. Com- pared with control group, the satisfactory ratio for nursing services was and total satisfaction ratio in study group were significantly increased （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing could improve the clinical symptoms and functional disorders for children patients with viral encephalitis, enhance the clinical efficacy and promote nursing satisfaction.
