食管癌胸腹腔镜术后并发症及相关因素分析

目的：分析研究食管癌胸腹腔镜术后常见的临床并发症并分析其相关的影响因素。方法：选取的研究对象为我院自2009年6月～2014年6月收治的80例食管癌胸腹腔镜手术患者，对其围手术期的临床资料进行回顾性分析，研究引起并发症的相关因素。结果：食管癌胸腹腔镜术后80例患者术后出现包括肺部感染、吻合口瘘、胃瘫、吻合口狭窄等并发症。并发症和病人的年龄、术前的营养状况，术中时间、出血量以及合并有高血压、糖尿病、肝病等有密切关系，组间比较有显著性差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：通过干预术后并发症的相关因素，可有效减少食管癌胸腹腔镜的并发症，提高患者的生存率及生活质量，为临床解决此类问题找到有效的预防及治疗途径。

Objective：To analyze the study of thoracic esophageal common clinical complication of laparoscopic surgery and analyze the relevant factors.Methods：The study was in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2014 were treated 80 cases of laparoscopic surgery in patients with thoracic esophageal cancer, perioperative clinical data were retrospectively analyzed for its study of cause-related complica-tions factor.Results：Postoperative esophageal chest laparoscopic surgery, including 80 cases of pulmonary infection occurs, anastomotic leak, gastroparesis, anastomotic stenosis and other complications.Complications, and the patient＆#39;s age, nutritional status preoperative, in-traoperative time, blood loss and associated with high blood pressure, diabetes, liver disease and other closely related, there were signifi-cant differences between the two groups, with statistical significance （P 〈0.05） .Conclusion：Intervention by factors of postoperative complications, which could effectively reduce the complications of laparoscopic esophageal chest, could improve survival and quality of life of patients for clinical solve such problems to find effective ways to prevent and treat.
