多探头联合在颈部血管超声检查中的临床应用

Analysis on multiprobe application in neck vascular ultrasound

目的：多探头联合在颈部血管超声检查中的应用分析。方法：选择行颈部血管超声检查的患者150例，先用常规高频线阵探头检查，再用多探头检查，对2种检查结果进行观察比较。结果：多探头联合检查法的颈动脉斑块形成检出率、颈动脉内中膜增厚显示率明显高于单独检查法，比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：多探头联合应用于颈部血管超声检查中时，可清晰显示病变情况，提高诊断准确性。

Objective：To analyze multiprobe application in neck vascular ultrasound.Methods：select rows neck vascular ultrasound examination of 150 cases of patients, with conventional high-frequency linear array probe check first, reoccupy much probe to check, to compare two kinds of test results.Results：probe more joint test form the detection rate of carotid plaques, the detection rate of carotid in-tima-media thickness was significantly higher than single method, comparative differences statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclu-sion：joint applied in neck vascular ultrasound probe, could clear display lesions, improve the diagnostic accuracy.
