摘要
基于《国务院关于支持云南省加快建设面向西南开放重要桥头堡的意见》和国家"一带一路"战略,依托云南省实施"GMS便利运输协定"的主要执行部门调研数据,围绕云南国际道路运输便利化合作、云南实施"GMS便利运输协定"评估、实施"GMS便利运输协定"存在的问题,云南进一步实施"GMS便利运输协定"对策四个方面开展调查与研究。
Based on opinions of the State Council on supporting Yunnan province to accelerate the construction of an important bridgehead for the southwest open and national ＂One Belt And One Road＂strategy, the status of implementation for ＂GMS facilitation of transport agreements＂of Yunnan is investigated and evaluated, some suggestions are proposed to promote ＂GMS facilitation of transport agreements＂ more effectively.
