Promote Information Technology Development of Integrated Transport System in China

推进综合运输体系建设,加强多种运输方式之间的相互协同和有效衔接,需要以信息化智能化为引领,实现多种运输方式之间各种类型信息资源的采集汇集、共享交换和挖掘分析。本文提出在实现行业信息化发展基础上,从综合运输枢纽信息化、联程联运信息化、区域综合运输信息化三个层面以及综合客运枢纽协同管理与信息服务系统、集装箱多式联运信息平台、公众出行信息服务平台、区域物流公共信息服务平台、规范信息资源管理五个切入点推进综合运输信息化发展。

Information and intelligence technology is one of the most effective measures to develop comprehensive transportation. It is needed to build transport sector integrated info-platform. Firstly, to speed up the integration of all kinds of information resources from transport hub operation. Secondly,to strengthen mutual coordination and connection between different transport modes. Thirdly, to collection, share, exchange transport information resources and to form comprehensive transport data bank at regional and national level.
