摘要
为研究管件电磁成形过程中所受电磁力的状况,对成形系统放电回路中工作线圈放电电流变化规律进行分析。在此基础上,通过解析建立了管件电磁成形时径向和轴向电磁力的计算公式,推导出了线圈-工件系统几何参数和电磁力幅值的对应关系。阐述了电磁成形过程中能量传递的影响因素,为设计出能量高利用率的电磁成形设备提供了重要的理论依据。
In order to study the electromagnetic force in the process of electromagnetic tube forming, the changing rules of the work coil discharge current in electromagnetic forming system are sent for analysis. Based on Amper force formula, the calculating formula of the axial and radial in the electromagnetic tube forming is gained. Based on it, coil- workpiece geometry parameters and the corresponding relation of electromagnetic force amplitude are derived. The several methods of actual discharge current measurement are introduced. Some factors that affect the energy transfer process of the electromagnetic forming are expounded. These provide important theory warranty for designing electromagnetic forming equipment with high energy utilization rate.
