摘要
采用三维软件CATIA建立某型转缸发动机实体模型,将CATIA模型导入多体动力学仿真软件RecurDyn中,建立转缸发动机虚拟样机模型,并在MATLAB/Simulink中建立机械-控制系统联合仿真模型。通过仿真获得曲轴、活塞的位移、加速度以及活塞所受压力曲线。分析了活塞所受的压力曲线以及活塞、曲轴的加速度曲线及两者之间的关系,实现了转缸发动机的虚拟样机仿真,为其他机构概念设计与研发阶段进行机构性能预测提供思路。
A rotary-cylinder engine model was created based on the 3D software CATIA and imported the engine model into the multi-body dynamic software RecurDyn. The system virtual Prototype model was finished in RecurDyn and finished the mechanical control system co-simulation model in MATLAB/Simulink. The computer simulations of the crankshaft and piston's position and acceleration curves were implemented and obtained the pressure curve of the piston. The pressure curve of the piston and their acceleration curves and the relationship between them were analyzed. A virtual prototype model of the engine was achieved. An idea for mechanical conceptual design of other agencies and forecasting the mechanism performance at the development stage were provided.
