摘要
燃油计量装置的自动压力曲线是燃油泵和计量装置综合性能的体现,通过将气压腔的气体压力变化转变为控制杆的位置变化,带动计量油针的位置改变,从而改变流量。通过分析燃油计量装置内部传动部件的结构原理,定位与此性能相关的零部件及装配关系,深入分析这些零部件的关键尺寸及装配位置对此性能的影响。在零件机械加工、装配过程中的关键部位增加工艺要求,减少燃油计量装置试验时故障的发生。
Automatic pressure performance curve of the fuel metering device is comprehensive performance. The changes of gas pressure in the pressure chamber changed to the changes of position of the control rod, and the flow changes were driven by the position of the needle changes. The effects of the key dimensions of the parts and assembly position on the performance were analyzed. The process requirements were increased at the key machining parts and assembly process. The fuel metering device failure was reduced during test.
