摘要
在航空发动机叶片加工中,采用小波去噪的多元指数移动平均(MEWMA,Multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving Average)控制图对加工中的叶片的质量超差进行监控,可保证叶片在加工制造过程中的稳定性以及最后合格品质量,减少损失,提高效益。
The wavelet-denoise and the multivariate exponentially weighted moving average (MEWMA) control chart were used to monitor the errors to ensure the stability and final products quality in manufacturing process of the blades in manufacturing process. It is useful for the companies to reduce loss and enhance benefit.
