摘要
介绍了一种利用虹吸原理的真空自吸油技术在热压机液压系统中的应用。该液压系统通过低压泵驱动中心油缸,在中心油缸推力作用下,由与其固连的滑块带动多台主油缸在无杆腔形成真空,在主油缸活塞杆拉力和大气压力共同作用下,通过液压管路从设计在热压机机械框架顶端的高位油箱中自吸油。由此减小低压泵和相应电机选型规格从而达到节能降耗,同时改善了热压机工作性能。这也可作为多缸同步运动液压系统的一种有效控制模式。
It presents an automatic vacuum suction siphon principle techniques in hot-press hydraulic system applications. In this hydraulic system, The center-cylinder is driven by a low pressure pump. Under the thrust of the center-cylinder, a vacuum chamber is formed in the rod port by the multiple master cylinders driven by a solid slider connected with the center-cylinder.By the use of hydraulic lines with the joint action of the master cylinder piston rod and the atmospheric pressure, the system is able to suck oil from the upper oil tank which is designed to be placed on the top of hot-press machine frame.The achievements are reducing both the low-pressure pump and the corresponding motors model and specifications, saving energy,while improving the pressing machines performance and also being an effective control mode for multi-cylinder synchronous movement of the hydraulic system.
