高精度铜带中精轧卷取机卷筒分析

摘要 随着经济的迅猛发展,国内外的客户对高精度铜板带材的产品质量要求越来越高。本文介绍了高精度铜带中精轧机组的卷取机及卷筒的结构组成及工作原理,并对具体结构的选择作出了解释。结合具体的工艺要求确定了卷筒的直径和卷筒应用轴端支撑的必要性,着重对安曼关于"支承筒"理论及涨缩油缸力的计算过程进行了介绍,并对国内外文献中较少介绍的卷筒钳口装置的设计进行了说明。在整个设计过程中对参数的选取原则作了解释,相信对后续铜板带设备的卷取机卷筒的设计能起到一定的参考作用。 With the rapid development of economy, domestic and international customers have higher requirement to high-precision copper strip product quality. This article introduces the structure and working principle of coiler and drum, and explains the reasons of this structure. Determine the drum diameter and the necessity of using shaft support for the drum according to the specific process requirements, this article focuses on the "supporting cylinder" theory in Amman and the calculation of expanding cylinder force, and introduces the design of the coiler clamp device which is very little described in foreign and domestic literatures. Parameters selection principle is explained in the whole design process, it will be believed that the article can play a certain reference role to subsequent design of the coiler drum for the equipment of copper strip.
