摘要 研究不同取代度羧甲基瓜尔胶(CMG)糊料的基本物化性能,将其用于活性染料印花,并与海藻酸钠糊料的印花效果进行对比。结果表明,随着CMG取代度增加,PVI值变大,保水性提高;CMG糊黏度在pH=8.5~11.0比较稳定,染料及防染盐S与糊料具有良好的相容性,尿素对原糊黏度的影响不明显,储存稳定性较海藻酸钠好。CMG用于活性染料印花,随着取代度增加,脱糊率变大,印花织物轮廓清晰度和表观得色量提高;取代度为1.10的CMG与海藻酸钠以质量比1:1复配,活性染料印花效果良好。 The physical and chemical properties of carboxymethyl guar gum (CMG) paste with different degree of substitution (DS) are discussed. The CMG is applied to reactive printing. The study shows that both PV/and water retention of CMG are increased with increasing of DS. The viscosity of CMG is stable when the pH value of paste is 8.5--11.0. CMG has good compatibility with dyes and sodium 3-ni- trobenzenesuffonate,urea has little effect on viscosity of CMG. Storage stability of CMG is better than sodium alginate. During reactive printing with CMG, the permeability and sharpness, paste removal rate and color yield are improved with increasing of DS. CMG(DS=1.10) and sodium alginate are used to print- ing together with mass ratio of 1 : 1, the performances of ~orintincls are better.
