摘要
采用非反应型紫外线吸收剂HLF和反应型紫外线吸收剂LIQ对涤锦交织物进行紫外线防护整理,研究了整理温度、时间、p H值,氯化钠和紫外线吸收剂用量对织物抗紫外线效果的影响,测试了整理织物的耐水洗性能。结果表明:非反应型紫外线吸收剂HLF和反应型紫外线吸收剂LIQ对整理涤锦织物均具有较好的抗紫外线性能,紫外线吸收剂在涤锦织物上具有较好的提升性能,整理后的涤锦织物在50次标准洗涤后,UPF指数降低率分别为15.6%和32.7%。
UV resistant finishing of ployester/polyamide fabric is carried out with non-reactive UV absorb- ers HLF and reactive UV absorbers LIQ respectively. The influences of finishing temperature and time, pH value, sodium chloride concentration and ultraviolet absorbent concentration on the anti-UV result are discussed. The durability of finished fabric is tested. The results show that the UV absorbers HLF and LIQ have excellent anti-UV result. The finished fabric features excellent durability with UPF reduction of 15.6% for HLF and 32.7% for LIQ after 50 times of standard washing.
