摘要
以天然蒙脱土为原料,对其进行剥分处理,得到高径厚比的蒙脱土片晶,再与乳清蛋白在乙醇-水体系中混合,制得蒙脱土/乳清蛋白复合溶胶,然后将其用于涤棉混纺织物阻燃整理。通过场发射电镜(FESEM)分析剥分处理前后的蒙脱土及蒙脱土在涤棉织物的表面形态结构;利用水平燃烧、拉伸强力等仪器测试阻燃整理涤棉织物的性能。结果表明,蒙脱土片晶可均匀包覆涤棉纤维,且复合溶胶能赋予涤棉织物良好的阻燃效果。
Montmorillonites (MMTs) with high radius-thickness ratio are prepared by the exfoliation of original montmorillonites, and composite sol is obtained by mixing modified MMTs and whey protein in the mixture of ethanol and water. The polyester/cotton blended fabrics are treated with the sol. The structures of montmorillonites before and after exfoliated are explored by FE-SEM. The surface of blend- ed fabrics treated with montmorillonites are also characterized. The properties of polyester/cotton blend- ed fabrics are determined by horizontal firing method and tension strength instrument. The results indi- cate that MMTs can clad on fibers uniformly and the treated polyester/cotton blended fabrics exhibit du- rable flame-ratardant results with the prepared composite sol.
