复合改性ZSM-5纳米片催化N_2O分解反应研究

摘要 以ZSM-5纳米片(Nanosheet-ZSM-5)为前驱体,醋酸铜、硝酸银、硝酸铈和硝酸镧为改性剂,采用一步法离子交换,制备了不同金属复合改性ZSM-5纳米片催化剂,测试了其N2O催化分解性能,结合催化剂的理化性质、H2-TPR和O2-TPD等表征,研究了复合改性对催化剂N2O分解性能的影响及其原因.结果表明,Ag、Ce或La的掺入,可促进Cu-ZSM-5纳米片催化剂上活性物种的还原,加快吸附氧的脱附,从而提高了N2O的催化分解活性.经Ag、Ce复合改性还可有效提高Cu-ZSM-5纳米片催化剂的低温活性. Cu-Nanosheet-ZSM-5catalyst was prepared and modified by ion-exchanged with silver,lanthanum or cerium.The catalytic performance of these modified catalysts in N2 O decomposition was investigated and compared with that of Cu-Nanosheet-ZSM-5.The addition of silver and cerium(or lanthanum)improves the activity of CuNanosheet-ZSM-5in N2 O decomposition.Relevant characterization was conducted using ICP,N2 adsorptiondesorption,H2-TPR and O2-TPD,which shows that the enhanced catalytic performance is probably due to better reducibility of active Cu+species and the weakened interaction between oxygen and Cu+sites after modification.
