寒凝血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变的中医疗效观察

The Clinical Effect of TCM Method in Treating Blood Stasis Type of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:探讨采用中医的方法治疗寒凝血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年-2013年广东省惠州市中医医院收治的寒凝血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变患者180例,按照治疗方式分成对照组与观察组,对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,有效控制血糖及血压,给予B族维生素、依帕司他营养神经,必要时给予止痛处理。观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上,给予患者口服中药阳和汤和采用沐足液沐足的中医治疗方法,观察记录两组的治疗效果、症状证候评分以及定量感觉检查结果,并记录不良反应的情况。结果:两组患者的治疗效果以及症状证候评分相比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而且两组定量感觉检查比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取口服中药加中药药汤沐足结合常规西药治疗寒凝血瘀型糖尿病症状具有显著的改善效果,而且能够有效延缓和治疗周围神经病变的发生和发展。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of treating blood stasis type of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with TCM method. Methods 180 cases of type 2 diabetes with blood stasis type of peripheral neuropathy were chosen in accordance with the treatment. All patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group were treated by routine western medicine, effective control of blood glucose and blood pressure; given vitamin B and epalrestat, given analgesic treatment when necessary. Patients in the observation group were given the Chinese medicine treatment methods with Yang He oral medicine soup and foot bath of Wenzu liquid on the bases of treatment in control group. Treatment effect of the two groups was observed and recorded including symptom syndrome score and quantitative sensory testing results, the case of adverse reactions were recorded. Results There was not only obvious difference in the treatment effect and symptom syndrome score of two groups but also the quantitative sensory testing （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine of oral soup and foot bath has significant effects in improving the symptoms of blood stasis type of diabetic peripheral neuropathy combined with conventional westem medicine, which can effectively delay the occurrence and the development of peripheral neuropathy.
