摘要
渤海油田某井组是海上丛式井组中井数最多、密集程度最高的井组之一。为了防止井眼碰撞、窜槽,针对井间距小、井网密集、井斜大、周围老井井眼轨迹参数不准、井眼净化难度大等问题,此井组采用了表层防碰实时监测技术。结果表明:在三口井的危险井段实施了防碰实时监测,在隔水管打偏的A-14井预警一次,经过WMD测斜数据和COMPASS扫描计算出的中心距与传感器采集的振动信号特征存在明显的对应关系,验证了预警的准确性,并说明该方法可有效降低井眼碰撞风险。
Some well group is one of having most wells and highest density in Bohai offshore cluster groups. In order to prevent wellbore collision and channeling, aimed at the small well spacing, intensive well network, large well deviation, uncertainty of around wellbore trajectory parameters, borehole cleaning difficulty such as well, anti- collision real-time monitoring technology are adopted in BH group. The results showed that anti-collision monitoring is implemented in the risky sections of three wells. A warning occurs in the A-14 wellbore which riser is oblique. With inclinometer data and COMPASS scanning, the center distance between wells has obvious corresponding rela- tionship with vibration signal characteristics, which verifies the accuracy of monitoring and indicates that the method can effectively reduce the wellbore collision risk.
