本文研究了使用X荧光光谱法对镉饼中Cd元素的含量进行快速定量分析的方法,通过仪器参数选择与优化、谱线选择以及方法的校准,并建立了定量分析方法。同时对新方法的准确度和精密度进行对照试验验证,试验结果表明分析结果均在允许误差范围内。该方法简便易行,准确可靠,满足实际生产中对镉饼中Cd元素的测定要求。

this paper studies the use of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was carried out on the cadmium content of Cd element in bread fast quantitative analysis method, through the instrument parameter selection and optimization, line selection and methods of calibration, and a quantitative analysis method is established. To comparing the accuracy and precision of the new method at the same time test, the test results show that the analysis results are within the scope of permissible error. The method is simple, accurate and reliable, to meet the production of cadmium on the determination of Cd element in bread.
