摘要 临床教学是促使医学生向临床医生转变的关键关节。如何才能高效率达到教学效果,激发医学生的积极性和主动性,培养其创新能力和临床思维,又不与临床实际工作相冲突,是值得临床教育工作者探索的关键问题。本文旨在从临床模拟教学角度出发,了解国内外临床模拟教学现状,结合当前国内及我们开展的实际情况,分析其必要性、可行性以及急迫性,为标准化病人情景模拟教学应用在泌尿外科临床教学中顺利开展进行初步探索,以期提高教学效果。 Clinical teaching is the key to change the medical students to clinicians. How to achieve the teaching effect effi- ciently, stimulate enthusiasm and initiative of students, cultivate their innovative ability and clinical thinking and clinical practice is the key issue. To further improve the medical students' clinical probation system, improve the effectiveness in clinical teaching of u- rology, ensure the medical talents reserve, We combined with the actual situation of the current domestic and our hospital, analyzed the necessity, feasibility and urgency and conducted a preliminary exploration to successfully carry out simulation based on medical teaching from the point of view of clinical simulation based on medical education.
