摘要 目的:通过对类风湿关节炎(RA)患者促炎因子白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、IL-6、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)血清水平测定,探讨骨化三醇在RA治疗上的价值。方法:106例RA患者随机分为实验组与对照组,各53例,对照组按照常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗基础上加用骨化三醇;测定两组患者治疗前、治疗4周、8周、12周后IL-1、IL-6、IFN-γ血清水平并进行比较分析。结果:患者治疗前,实验组与对照组的IL-1,、IL-6、IFN-γ血清水平对比无明显差异;与对照组比较,实验组在治疗后3种促炎因子血清水平均有所下降,差异有统计学意义;在治疗12周后,实验组比对照组的各项病情指标改善更为明显,差异有统计学意义。结论 :骨化三醇对促炎因子具有抑制作用,可以作为RA患者常规治疗的有效补充。 Objective:To detect the proinflammatory cytokine include IL-1、IL-6 and IFN-γ level of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA), in order to investigate the effect of calcitriol in treatment of RA. Method:106 patients with RA, which were divide into the experimental group (n=53) and control group (n=53) according to the principle of random. The patients in control group had conventional treatment,the patient in experimental group on the basic of conventional treatment combined with calcitriol. The IL-1、IL-6 and IFN-γ level were detected in patients with RA before received the treatment and 4-week, 8-week, 12-week after received the treatment. Results:The level of IL-1、IL-6 and IFN-γ were no different in experimental group compared with control group before the treatment. The level of IL-1、IL-6 and IFN-γ were less in experimental group than those of control group after the treatment .After 12-week treatment, it proved that the result of each index in experimental group were better than control group. Conclusion:Calcitriol had inhibitory effect on proinflammatory cytokine , and it can be used as an effective supplement to the conventional therapy of patients with RA.
