摘要 护理教育是保证护理专业人员向服务对象提供高质量、安全照护的关键,如何通过一个优良的教育模式培养具有较强临床专业能力的护理人才是广大护理教育者不断追求和探索的课题。本文简要介绍了美国"护理质量与安全核心能力教育"架构,并分享如何将这一培养理念应用于澳门护理教育实践中。 Nursing education is a cornerstone of ensuring nursing professionals to provide the high quality and safety care to clients. However, how to train qualified and competent nursing professionals through an excellent education model is a hot topic for nursing educators to pursue and explore. In this article, the authors briefly introduced the American "Quality and Safety Education for Nurses" framework, and shared a general experience of applying this framework into Macao nursing education.
