摘要
目的 :探讨护理硕士专业学位研究生课程设置,为我国护理硕士专业学位研究生的教育、考核和各护理院校培养方案的制定提供一定的参考依据。方法 :本研究运用德尔菲法,选取来自北京、上海、河南、河北等11个省市13所医院从事护理教育、护理管理、临床护理方面的专家共45名,进行了2轮专家函询。计算专家的积极系数、权威程度、变异系数和协调系数等指标。结果 :护理硕士专业学位研究生理论课程依据课程性质分为人文社科类、科研方法类、基础课、专业课和其他类课程共5大类28门课程。其中,必修课为10门,选修课为18门。结论 :本研究形成了较为合理的护理硕士专业课程设置方案,能够为我国护理硕士专业学位研究生的教育、考核和各护理院校培养方案的制定提供一定的参考依据。
Objective: To explore the curriculum design for Master of Nursing Specialist to provide reference for education, evaluation and training design for Master of Nursing Specialist program in China. Methods: Delphi method was used in this study. Results: Based on the experts' survey, the curriculum for Master of Nursing Specialist was put together. Courses were divided into five categories, including humanities, scientific research methods, basic medical courses, nursing specialized courses, and the rest other courses, totally 28 courses7. There were 10 required courses with 19 credits, and 18 optional courses with 9.5 credits. Conclusion: This rational curriculum may contribute to the education, assessment and training program formulation of Nursing Specialist in nursing institutions.
