尿毒症胸部影像学表现及评价

Chest imaging manifestation and evaluation of uremia

目的分析尿毒症患者胸部影像学特点,提高对尿毒症胸部表现的认识。方法回顾性分析30例尿毒症患者的胸部影像学资料。结果肺淤血28例,间质性肺水肿23例,肺泡性肺水肿14例,间质纤维化2例,肺动脉高压4例,心影增大15例,心包积液19例,胸腔积液22例。结论影像学检查是诊断尿毒症引起的胸部改变简单有效的方法 ,正确分析、评价尿毒症胸部影像学表现,提高诊断率,并与其他疾病鉴别,有助于临床诊断及制订合理的治疗方案。

ObjectiveTo analyze chest imaging manifestation of uremia patients, and to improve understanding of chest manifestation of uremia.MethodsChest imaging data of 30 uremia patients were retrospectively analyzed.ResultsThere were 28 cases with pulmonary stasis, 23 cases with interstitial pulmonary edema, 14 cases with alveolar pulmonary edema, 2 cases with interstitial fibrosis, 4 cases with pulmonary hypertension, 15 cases with enlarged podoid, 19 cases with hydropericardium, and 22 cases with pleural effusion.ConclusionImaging examination is an effective method for diagnosing chest lesion induced by uremia. Correct analysis and evaluation of chest imaging manifestations can improve diagnosis rate. Combing with other disease diagnosis is helpful for clinical diagnosis and implement of rational treatment method.
