布地奈德喷剂在哮喘病中应用效果观察

Observation of application effect of budesonide spray in asthma

目的探讨布地奈德喷剂在哮喘病中的应用效果。方法 70例哮喘病患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组患儿常规给予镇咳、化痰、抗感染、吸氧、保持酸碱平衡、纠正水电解质紊乱等基础治疗。观察组患儿在基础治疗以外,采用布地奈德喷雾剂喷鼻,治疗结束后,比较两组患儿的疗效。结果观察组患儿经布地奈德喷剂治疗,肺部哮鸣音、喘息、咳嗽等症状的消失时间与对照组比较较早,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗总有效率为74.29%;观察组治疗总有效率为91.43%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德喷剂在哮喘病中应用效果确切,可以明显改善患儿的主要症状,值得临床推广应用。

ObjectiveTo investigate application effect of budesonide spray in asthma.MethodsA total of 70 children with asthma were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment by relieving cough, reducing phlegm, anti-infection, oxygen inhalation, maintaining acid-base balance, correcting disturbance of water and electrolyte. The observation group received additional budesonide nasal spray. Curative effects of the two groups were compared after treatment.ResultsAfter receiving budesonide for treatment, the observation group had earlier disappearance time of pulmonary wheezing rale, wheezing, and cough than the control group, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 74.29% in the control group, and that was 91.43% in the observation group. The observation group had much higher total effective rate than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.ConclusionBudesonide spray contains precise application effect in asthma. It can remarkably improve main symptoms of children, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
