摘要
采用真空浸渍法制备Co/AC费托合成催化剂,通过XRD、TPR、CO-TPD等表征手段考察了不同质量分数的助剂对Co/AC催化剂改性影响。结果表明,添加Zr O2助剂提高了活性组分金属Co的分散度,提高了催化剂的活性但并没有改变产物中烃及醇的链增长率。随着Zr质量分数的提高,产物中醇类的选择性有明显降低。
Activated carbon supported cobalt Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis catalyst is prepared by vacuum impregnation method. The effect of ZrO2 promoter on the performance of synthesis is investigated by means of XRD ,TPR and CO-TPD. The resuhs show that the addition of ZrO2 enhances the dispersion of Co and the activity of catalyst, but the chain growth rate of hydrocarbon and alcohol did not change. With the increase of the content of ZrO2, the selectivity of alcohols decreases obviously.
