摘要
设计了一种三回路的浓度控制系统,以合成碳酸二乙酯为例,对RDC-DRS的动态操作进行了研究。采用Aspen Dynamics模拟软件对RDC-DRS控制系统进行闭环仿真研究,结果表明,在对系统施加进料流量扰动和组分扰动时,RDC-DRS控制系统皆表现出了良好的抗干扰性。与RDC-SRS相比,RDC-DRS的控制效果更好。
In the current work, a control scheme featuring three directly composition control loops is utilized. An illustrative example, the synthesis of diethyl carbonate,is chosen to evaluate the dynamic performance of the RDC-DRS. Simulation results show that the RDC-DRS has good capability of suppressing disturbances in the face of the feed flow and feed composition disturbances. As compared with the RDC-SRS, the RDC-DRS has better dynamic controllability.
