隔姜温针灸大椎穴治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床随访观察

Clinical Efficacy of Acupuncture plus Moxibustion above Ginger at the Point Dazhui( DU 14) on Allergic Rhinitis

目的:随访分析隔姜温针灸大椎穴治疗过敏性鼻炎临床疗效的持续时间以及对预后的影响。方法:对接受过12次隔姜温针灸大椎穴治疗的40例过敏性鼻炎患者进行疗后为期1年的电话和复诊随访观察,随访时点为疗后3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月,随访内容为鼻炎症状评分、患者用药情况、病情分型及分度情况,所得数据与疗前及疗后进行比较。结果:经针灸治疗后患者1年内随访各时点鼻炎症状均比疗前有明显改善(P<0.01),症状评分最低值出现在随访3月时,用药情况有所改善,病情严重度及炎症持续状态较治疗前有所减轻。结论:隔姜温针灸大椎穴治疗过敏性鼻炎患者的疗效可持续1年,针灸最佳疗效可以维持3个月,该疗法能够减轻过敏性鼻炎患者的炎症持续状态,可以有效控制中-重度病情,并且能够改善患者的用药情况。

Ab stract：Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus moxibustion above ginger at the point Dazhui（ DU 14） on allergic rhinitis（ AR） .Methods：40 cases of AR patients were treated by acupuncture plus＆amp;nbsp;moxibustion above ginger at the acpoint Dazhui（DU 14） for 12 times in 4 weeks and they were followed up by telephone and subsequent visit for one year.Patients were called or visited at four different times with 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months after the treatment.Patients were asked about the symptom scores, the use of medicine and the classification and severity of AR.Compare the data before and after treatment.Results：The symptom scores of AR patients evaluated at the follow-up points were lower than the scores before the treatment （P〈0.01）,and the lowest symptom score occurred in 3 months after treatment.The situation by using medica-tion was improved, and the state of continual inflammation and seriousness in AR were less than that before treatment.Conclusion：The efficacy of acupuncture plus moxibustion above ginger at the point Dazhui（DU 14） on AR can sustain for one year,and the best effect can be maintained for three months.The therapy can reduce continuous inflammation and seriousness in AR,and it can also improve the situation by using medicine for AR patients.
