电针结合加味身痛逐瘀汤治疗原发性骨质疏松症40例

Therapeutic Effect on Primary Osteoporosis Treated by Electro-acupuncture Combined with Jiawei Shentong Zhuyu Decoction

目的:观察电针结合加味身痛逐瘀汤治疗原发性骨质疏松症的疗效。方法:选取80例原发性骨质疏松症患者,随机分成两组,对照组采用口服钙尔奇D及皮下注射鲑降钙素注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用电针结合加味身痛逐瘀汤治疗,两组均在治疗前及4周后观察临床症状、骨密度及临床症状改善情况。结果:两组患者治疗4周后骨密度值均较治疗前增加,并且治疗组提高水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗4周后中医临床症状积分均下降(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组下降明显(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率(92.5%)显著高于对照组(80%)(P<0.01)。结论:对原发性骨质疏松症,在常规治疗基础上,加用电针及加味身痛逐瘀汤可显著改善患者骨密度及临床症状。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect on primary osteoporosis treated by electro-acupuncture combined with Jiawei Shentong Zhuyu decoction.Methods：80 cases of primary osteoporosis were randomized in-to a treatment group（40 cases） and a control group （40 cases） .The control group was treated by caltrate D and subcutaneously injecting salmon calcitonin.Besides, electro-acupuncture and Jiawei Shentong Zhuyu decoction were adopted for the treatment group.The course was 4 weeks in both groups.The improvements of clinical symptoms and bone mineral density （ BMD） were observed before and after treatment.Results：After 4 weeks＆amp;nbsp;treatment, BMD in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .The clinical symptom score dropped in both groups （ P〈0.01） , and it was lower in the treatment group than that in the control group （P〈0.01）.In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 92.5%, which was superior to that of 80%in the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：In addition to routine treatment, electro-acu-puncture combined with Jiawei Shentong Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of primary osteoporosis can increase BMD and improve clinical symptoms.
