热敏版涂层损失的研究及其对印刷性能的影响

Study on the Coating Loss of Thermal Plate and Its Effect on the Printing Performance

研究了4种型号"华光"牌热敏版涂层实地密度损失、色度损失和质量损失之间的关系,数据分析发现这三者之间呈线性关系;且不同型号的热敏版线性各异。还通过加压印刷实验发现:版材显影过程中的涂层损失对印刷性能有较大影响。由3种涂层损失率的线性关系,能够方便地计算出上述三者应该控制的范围。

The relationship was analyzed of the loss of field density, color density and weight. Through the analysis of the data, we found that the relationship is linear, and different thermal plate had different linear rela- tionship. Through the pressurized printing experiment, we found that the coating loss of thermal plate in the process of developing has great influence on the printing performance, and with the linear relationship, we could calculate the control area easily between three kinds of coating loss.
