摘要
本文采用流延法制备聚酰亚胺薄膜,研究了不同的成膜条件对聚酰亚胺薄膜表观和机械性能的影响。实验结果表明,聚酰胺酸浆料消泡处理、成膜基板温度、薄膜预干燥及亚胺化工艺过程对薄膜表观和机械性能影响较大。通过工艺优化,最终获得了表面粗糙度低、高强、高模及耐高温的聚酰亚胺薄膜。
The polyimide film was prepared by coating method. We studied the different Influence of film forming conditions on the properties of polyimide film, including and tensile properties, heat resistance. The experimental results showed that the coating liquid handling and film-forming process , and the amination process had great influence on the performance of thin film. Ultimately the optimization condition were determined so the film performance is better, it could be used as a flexible thin film for solar cell substrate in the high-end film products.
