摘要 能量,大概可算是跨学科概念的典范了,因为我们在科学的每一个分支上都要用到它,而且它在日常生活中也发挥着重要作用。科学家和工程师能识别自然现象或人工设备中的能量的形式和流动,从而使现象或设备可控;而普通人则常常根据食物所含的卡路里(能量的单位之一)决定吃什么。
