摘要
【目的】优化盐酸育亨宾的提取工艺。【方法】以育亨宾树皮中主要成分盐酸育亨宾为定量检测指标,HPLC法测定盐酸育亨宾的含量;通过正交试验考察提取溶剂,料液体积比和提取时间等3个因素对盐酸育亨宾提取率的影响,确定最佳提取工艺。【结果】盐酸育亨宾在0.278~1.38μg有良好的线性关系r=0.9998(n=5),平均回收率100.40%,最佳提取工艺为0.5%盐酸水溶液作为提取溶剂,料液体积比1:20,提取时间3h,提取率达到90%以上。【结论】确定了简单、快捷、成本低的盐酸育亨宾提取工艺。
[ Objective ] To optimize the extract technology for Yohimbine hydrochloride. [ Methods ] The orthogonal test with three levels of three factors:the extracting time, the solid/liquidratio and concentration of solvent, using Yohimbine hydrochloride as indexes to evaluate the result. [ Results] Yohimbine hydrochloride have a good linear in the range of 0.278-1.38μg r=-0.9998,n=5. The average recovery was 100.40%. The optimal extracting conditions for Yohimbine hydroehloride were 0.5% hydrochloric acid,and solid/liquid ratio of 1:20 and extracting time of 3h. Extraction efficiency can reach 90%. [Conclusion] The extract technology for Yohimbine hydrochloride is simple fast and low-cost.
